Northlake mechanical was prompt, efficient and just what we needed. Communicating with Heather in the office was fantastic. She was delightful. Cody was AMAZING!!! He called to say he was on his way. Showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, updated us and worked hard to fix the problem. We went from waking up to no water to back to normal in a few short hours. We would recommend Cody and Northlake Mechanical to anyone in need of plumbing services. We are very satisfied!!!

NorthLake Mechanical, they were the only one that answered my phone call. I called three or four different companies that day nobody returned my call but they were. I left messages and three or four different company sites I had to leave a message there. I figured someone’s gonna take my money and I was happy to give it to them. He came in he fixed my furnace it was running. Very polite cleaned up his mess afterwards. Also came back on Sunday to check on it make sure it was running that we had heat!! I recommend this company very very highly. And they’re a small business so everybody let’s help them out they’re great people. And did a great job 10 stars across-the-board! Northlake Mechanical came to take a look at our boiler system after another company came and “fixed” our problem that was never resolved as our heating quit working two weeks later. The technician who came was extremely helpful and actually fixed what was wrong while explaining what he was doing and why. We didn’t feel like we were being taken advantage of which was great! We cannot recommend Northlake enough!

Guys that came were great. Very honest and we talked the problem out. I like knowing what is actually wrong and how to fix things. They were on time and got the job done right the first time. I recommend them

Guys were very professional and knowledgeable on getting my oil furnace up and running.

We had a power outage that caused our transformer in our internal boiler system to fail. They were able to come out that morning and fix it for us so we had heat and hot water! Dave was personable and knowledgeable! Would highly recommend! A great home town business!
